Raised Access Floors

Raised floor provides an elevated structural floor above a solid substrate to create a hidden void for the passage of mechanical and electrical services. "Raised Access Floor" is constructed to provide a flexible, stable and safe access floor system in laboratories and office building of Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Bank and IT sectors. It was developed and implemented to support data cabling, Power cabling, cold air distribution etc. The raw material composition is 26mm thick Plain wooden chipboard with 2mm thick anti-static Vinyl sheets on top side and PVC or aluminum foil on bottom side, Steel adjustable understructure. All pedestals and stringers are made of Mild Steel. The height of the legs/pedestals is dictated by the volume of cables and other services provide beneath, but typically arranged for a clearance of at least. six inches or 15 cm or as per demand. The load bearing capacity is 1600 kgs per sft and is BUET tested and certified.
